Registration Fees:

  • Until November 30, 2024:

    • WSLO Active Members: Full Registration €420.00

    • Non-Members: Full Registration €500.00

    • Students (≤35 years): €200.00

  • After November 30, 2024 (until February 24, 2025):

    • WSLO Active Members: Full Registration €520.00

    • Non-Members: Full Registration €600.00

    • Students (≤35 years): €300.00

  • On-site registration:

    • WSLO Active Members: Full Registration €620.00

    • Non-Members: Full Registration €700.00

    • Students (≤35 years): €400.00

The registration fees cover entry to plenary lectures, coffee breaks, lunches, poster sessions, and the exhibition. Participants are invited to submit abstracts and join the case marathon. A certificate of attendance and access to the opening ceremony and welcome cocktail will be provided.
